I Can Do It!

Yet another PSA (public service announcement) with a a really cool twist:

The Institute for Women Entrepreneurs is hosting a local event for Women entrepreneur's in Orange County, called:

The Power Within...Women's Summit 2009
They are saying it's: The largest, most dynamic cross-cultural Women’s Summit in Orange County!

The twist?

My friend, Wanda or The-Most-Amazing-Artist-I-Know is doing the graphics for the event. She's working on the decorations that will be in the hall and on the tables.

In a stroke of genius, she took the iconic image of Rosie the Riveter - of We Can Do It! fame and created it with the faces of different women.  It's an amazing piece of work.

Isn't that a cool image?

Want to know what's even better? Look more closely at the bottom of Rosie's arm, where she is flexing her muscle.

Do you recognize a certain Cuban American blogger??  =D

Once again, I feel so accidentally cool.  Time to get the sandpaper out!

(I especially like the part where I'm part of Rosie's flexed muscle. It must mean something significant somehow, or at least, I think it should, but that's not important right now.)
